Contest Description:
With rapid advances in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence, the automation of tasks will become an increasingly larger part of our lives. Design the next generation of robots. Will it be a construction machine? A domestic butler? Will it serve as a heavy-duty police reconnaissance vehicle, or will it be a high-tech toy for a child? This is a very open-ended question, and we would love to see your answer. Utilize whatever skills you possess, from sketching to digital modeling to rendering.
Contest Rules:
- Contest Deadline is July 25th, 2016.
- Max of 2 entries per person. All entries are individual – no teams.
- Each entry may have only one image.
- Design must be original and must not be copyrighted by anyone other than the original designer (contestant).
- Entry can be made using any media the contestant sees fit.
- Entrants are authorized to and approve the use of images created from entry visuals for use in marketing materials for the course.
- The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify entries that are frivolous or fail to meet the entry requirements as described in these Official Rules.
- Entrants grant the Sponsors permission to contact them using the information provided on the contest entry form, including name, address, email address, and phone number.
- The entrant or the entrant’s company, whichever applies, retains ownership of the design ideas submitted for the Contest.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older
- No purchase necessary to enter or win. There is no cost to enter the Contest.
